* A Bharatanritya Ballet
Sukhalaasa will stage “Sudhaa Siddhi”, a thematic Bharatanritya ballet in Bangalore on the 23rd of September, 2018 at 10.30 AM in Pathi Sabhangana, NR Colony Rama Mandira, Basavanagudi, Bangalore.
The ballet portrays one of the most popular puranic episodes- the story of Amrutha Manthana- and explores it’s philosophical and symbolic significance to man today.
The ensemble dancers & choreographers are:
Anuradha Lokesh, Madhulika Srivatsa, Megha Srinivas & Sangeeta Iyer. The ballet “Sudhaa Siddhi” is scripted by Shatavadhani Dr. R Ganesh, who will preside over the production. The dancers are mentored in Bharatanritya by Dr. Shobha Shashikumar (disciple of late Guru Sundari Santhanam)
The event is open to all. Audience entry is free.
