Pictures of some really tough yoga postures performed with ease from Odissi dancer Sandhya Manoj and Kuchipudi dancer Hima Bindhu make us feel proud that dancers have yogasanas hidden in their traditional art of dancing. Came across the message of Yoga from Guru Dasappa Keshava to continue and practice yoga to keep healthy. Kuchipudi village celebrated Yoga day by having an event at educational institutes.
Arunima Kumar, Kuchipudi dancer launched the UN yoga day at Trafalgar Square with Nirvana!
Also seen are messages from Rajashree Holla, Kuchipudi dancer from Bangalore, and Kathak dancer Tushar Bhat who shared a video from Kathaakar.
Kolkata - Rahul Dev Mondal was at Rabindra University speaking about Yoga and then joining Yoga session.
