Here is something that I wish to tell all my students :) past ones, present ones and the future ones. And, Students in general. I have rejected the idea of "examinations in art" and I refuse to put that into your journey and here is why. Dance (read art) is not a destination... it's a journey. 

A journey in which every phase is so beautiful that it really does not matter whether you are a full moon or a crescent or a new moon about to shine, what matters is that you have just realised that you are a moon that can shine and you show phases of it. 

Dance reflects how beautiful you are, celebrate it. Stop asking your teachers when is it that you will reach your destination, because my love, there are none. The minute you decide to pursue an art , you have become a traveler, travelers don't seek destinations , they love the travel. 

Enjoy that and be radiant at every phase. God bless.
